- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst customer service I have ever experienced. It took about 1 hour, speaking to 4 different people, having to start at the beginning each time, just to get a simple stamp for a registration renewal. I had to play a scavenger hunt to find a Liberty Mutual office, in Westborough, in a discreet unremarkable office on the second floor, and arrived at the office while still on hold with customer service trying to help me . There are no signs on the building. You have to drive to the end of building 114 to see a sign with an arrow that points to a parking lot and reads 110. CRAZY RIGHT! BTW, the office in Auburn is closed. I learned this only after calling their number (transferred to Dallas Tx, and I didn't know), and driving all the way there. I called the "Presidential Services" complaint line. Hung up on me after 9 minutes of being on hold, and I had to call back. After another 5 minutes on hold, got a live person who thanked me for providing feedback and they will forward my feedback to the people I spoke to, to improve customer service, that's it! YOUR WELCOME! GLAD I COULD HELP! Oh, the woman told me, after I persisted, she would forward my "experience " to her supervisor. Yaaaa! I feel so much better. Thanks for nothing. I'm happy my frustration, aggravation and driving about 35 miles this morning, and the loss of about an hour and a half of my time has helped your company improve its customer service for others.By Jeffrey Allan Miller, July 31, 2017
